This is a free font made up of seven ornaments designed for our font Augsburger Initialen plus a sample of three different commonly-used initial letters from that font (A, I and T). Most of the ornaments are rotated in different positions for convenience, making a total of 25 glyphs, not including the initials and our logo.
The larger ornaments are best at 28 points or larger. In order to avoid be too heavy and clunky at display sizes, the lines have to be too thin to display properly at 24 points or less.
The ornaments at positions G, H, J, K, M & O are only provided in left & right positions (i.e. with a horizontal orientation) because of the high aspect ratio. If you desire to use these in a vertical orientation, it is suggestion you use a drawing program to give you the positioning control you will need. Otherwise, you can use your word processing program.
Excellent for making small signs for the church bulletin board.
