Bancakan (Sundanese - West Java)
Bancakan or Babancakan is the name of the dish that is contained inside "nyiru" covered with banana leaves that usually served for any party, gathering or thanksgiving. Types of food that served usually "Congcor rice" or "Tumpeng" and side dishes such as "urab" as something typical in dish of salvation. No dishes were provided, the attendees ate with banana leaves as a base.
