The Bazaruto Iron family was inspired by an old fashioned specimen from “Letters and Lettering” by Carlyle & Oring, but you'll find the inspiration has been greatly expanded upon. What began as an all Capitals letterset has been fleshed out to an extended full character set with many features and variants from the original design.
The Bazaruto Iron Family begins a subtle evolution from the Bazaruto Text Family styles, playing off the original but having a visual flavor of wrought ironwork in it. It has a similar visual appeal as vintage tattoo lettering, yet it carries a style all its own. This produced the three layerable fonts that are included in this set.
The Bazaruto Iron Family has Opentype features to give you plenty of customisation options:
Approx. 494 Character Glyph Set: the Bazaruto Iron Family comes with a glyphset that includes standard & punctuation, international language support, ligatures, alternates, subscript and superscript.
