The Cinecavâ„¢ X family is based on Cinecavâ„¢, a typeface created for closed caption television (CCTV) applications. Cinecavâ„¢ X is perfect for other video screen based applications such as videogames, DVD menus, iTV, and video kiosks, but unlike the standard Cinecavâ„¢ family, Cinecavâ„¢ X can’t be used in closed caption systems which require specialized character sets.
