Designed by Jeff Levine,
Cinema Nouveau JNL is an art nouveau font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Jeff Levine Fonts.
Shadowland was a magazine dedicated to the arts, and was published from 1919 through 1923. The lettering for its masthead was hand lettered in a then-contemporary Art Nouveau style.
Although the photoplay (movies) was just an incremental part of the magazine’s overview of the arts, the digital version of the type design has been named Cinema Nouveau JNL, and is available in both regular and oblique versions.
