Bridging European Constructivism with 20th Century Modernism, Cobalt 27 pays homage to the 1920's and 30's with a contemporary update. Glyph ascenders and descenders are lengthened to create characters akin to a condensed font, allowing for more letters per line without loss of readability. Shoulders have been narrower to create optically visually same widths across all glyphs.
Cobalt 27 text belongs to the Cobalt 27 typeface family offering an array of different weights, alternates, and bolder headers with a total of 307 glyphs in each weight.
