Compania Railway is a product of argentine typographic archeology project called “TipografÃa Histórica Ferroviaria†(Fabio Ares & Octavio Osores, since 2012). Is about the signboards of the stations of the French–owned company Compagnie générale de chemins de fer dans la Province de Buenos Aires (1904-1977).
The letter of this signboards can be described as display type, with geometric shapes and without line modulation.
