We, GalaStudio (Lilia & Galina) present the font ESCAPISM – the first of our new MELTING FONTS collection.
We begin to design a new font from creating its visual and conceptual image. This approach leads us to the discovery of new knowledge, and we are happy to share this information with you.
Escapism is the avoidance of unpleasant, boring, arduous, scary, or banal aspects of daily life. It can also be used as a term to define the actions people take to help relieve persisting feelings of depression or general sadness. (Wikipedia)

More and more people turn to various spiritual practices and meditations. Thus they try to get rid of the feelings of guilt, resentment, loneliness and alienation.
The life of modern man has changed dramatically. We began traveling more, discover new worlds and expand our horizons. Nowadays we can afford to dream more, to dare more and to implement our ideas. The font as an important part of environmental design, reflects contemporary reality. That’s why the blurred backgrounds and disappearing graphic elements are now the trend! We would like to respond to this challenge.
