Fāng Zhèng Kǎi Tǐ FONT Download

Fāng Zhèng Kǎi Tǐ originated from the “Chinese Standard KaiTi” script of Shanghai Institute of Printing Technology. The original “Chinese Standard KaiTi” was created in 1940s. The KaiTi mainly utilized since the founding of the People’s Republic of China was in a woodblock printing version. There were several times of improvements done by Shanghai Font Factory 1, Shanghai Institute of Printing Technology and other institutes, and added the simplified version. The structure of Fāng Zhèng Kǎi Tǐ is well-proportioned, the strokes are round and soft with little changes in the thickness of horizontal and vertical strokes. This font is widely used in newspapers, magazines, and books, and most commonly in textbooks.
