FF Legato was designed by Evert Bloemsma and published by FontFont. FF Legato contains 16 styles and family package options.  

Dutch type designer Evert Bloemsma created this sans FontFont in 2004.

The family has 8 weights, ranging from Light to Bold (including italics) and is ideally suited for book text, editorial and publishing, logo, branding and creative industries as well as small text.

FF Legato provides advanced typographical support with features such as ligatures, small capitals, alternate characters, case-sensitive forms, fractions, and super- and subscript characters.

It comes with a complete range of figure set options – oldstyle and lining figures, each in tabular and proportional widths.

In 2011, FF Legato received the Letter.2 award.
