Filmotype Athens was among Filmotype's first condensed handlettered sho-card brush script faces for narrow applications where economy and style were paramount to the design while retaining legibility and easy readability.
Filmotype Athens developed from the original font filmstrips and includes a full international character compliment, automatic fractionals, ordinals, and a host of alternate characters in dynamic OpenType format.
