Metallophile Sp8 was designed by Mark Simonson and published by Mark Simonson.
Metallophile Sp8 contains 4 styles and family package options.
Metallophile Sp8 is a faithful facsimile of an 8 point sans serif typeface as set on a 1940s vintage hot metal typesetting machine and printed on coated paper stock. Although the letterforms are closely based on Futura, the effect is very different from its modern cousins, which are drawn more rigidly, and use only one design for all sizes.
Metallophile Sp8 is best if used at or near 8 points.
