This is Moorgate a new 100% handmade brush script typeface, hand made with a real brush and ink pot. The font was mostly inspired by the hand drawn letters on the album Achtung Baby by U2. Made a big impression on me when it came out.
This font has alternative ligatures, they make the font appear more realistic by switching out combination of letters.
To make your writing look realistic please turn on discretionary ligatures in your application. Ask me if you are not sure.
Over 400 glyphs
In total, there are over 400 glyphs, uppercase, lowercase, numbers, punctuation and symbols. Included is support for Western, Central and South Eastern European characters.
Just in case you are wondering, the font samples have texture added to them, this is not part of the final font—enjoy.
