Quota is a playful and modular approach to traditional monospaced faces. Originally drawn in Cyrillic as an investigation into how the modularity of letterforms in the Cyrillic alphabet can be utilised to create effective monospaced proportions, Quota snowballed into a multi width and weight sans serif with true italics to match. Quota also offers extended Latin and Cyrillic language support.
Quota’s default character set only retains monospaced side bearings, however the stylistic set 001 unifies the entire set with a single width.
