MANUAL BASELINE SHIFTS
While many words look great when set with the baseline shifts that are already built into the Spaced Outâ„¢ fonts, there will inevitably be some words which just don't have the proper balance and will require you to do some manual baseline shifting. Also, because of the dynamic look which is achieved by using these fonts, double letters (such as "tt", "pp", or "ss") can disrupt the apparent randomness of the set text. In order to resolve this problem, simply add or subtract baseline shifting to one of the duplicate letters.
UPPERCASE versus LOWERCASE
The uppercase fonts of Spaced Outâ„¢ look great when used for short headlines. If you you are setting a lot of smaller text, you will find that setting the text in lowercase letters will look more effective.
FULL CHARACTER SET
Each font in the Spaced Outâ„¢ family has a full character set of 232+ letterforms, with all characters designed in the style of the font.
