Thorny Bits was created to capture the play-fullness of a font with thorns as an alignment guide. For the most part, the font is a little frontier, a little Goth, a wavy illustration tool, and a great display device. It is not a traditional serif font but rather a skewed serif font. Thorny Bits has optically equal strokes and the x-height appears to vary organically.
